I had been distracted by the Facebook guru - with their cars, endless travels, and financial success. It’s easy to be swayed by the flashiness and momentary relief of business growth courses. 

I’ve studied business at Harvard, majored in psychology and worked alongside successful entrepreneurs. But it was lessons from the monasteries of the Tibetan Plateau that spoke to me loudest. I began to practice the exercises I learned during my monkhood in the Himalayas - and saw outside noises and distractions dulled in an instant. I finally felt at peace with my path and began to see a way forward.
